Jason Marchant, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Jason is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Wright State University (WSU) located in Dayton, Ohio and his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Northern Kentucky University located in Highland Heights, Kentucky. He has completed specialized training/education through both the Ketamine and IV Therapy Academy. He has spent the past 20+ years within the healthcare field specializing in critical care, cardiology, emergency and psychiatric medicine. He is a proud member of The American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (OAAPN), and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Alyia Marchant

Office Manager/Clinical Coordinator

Born and raised in New Jersey, Alyia received her Medical Assistant certificate from Lincoln Technical Institute located in Edison, New Jersey. Prior to relocating to Ohio, she worked as a Medical Assistant in a high volume Ophthalmology office. She is the mother of two children and loves animals.
